Linda was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. I needed assistance in programming the remote for one of the Woods outside timers. She was very patient with me, walking through the steps. When the remote still did not work, she suggested a new battery and offered to provide a new timer for the trouble. I thought this was very kind and generous. Purchased a lighting timer from Woods. Model number 50029W. Wasn’t a fan of their instructions contacted the company spoke with a woman name, Linda who walked me through it. Only took a few minutes. She was very professional knew the product very well my opinion, they should make a video and let her make it. She did a good job..

I had an issue with 2 Defiant timers i purchased from Home Depot.I’m not the most “Techy” person so part of the problem may have been me. When i called the customer service help line I spoke with Linda and she could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We worked through different applications with the timers and after much patience and direction on Linda’s part we were able to get my timers operational. Thanks again Linda for all your assistance and knowledge on this particular product,it saved me a lot of frustration.
