This place is not the best. It’s easy to get the job, pays decent, however the cons outweigh these pros. For starters, the point system is very annoying. It’s very spontaneous. If I say i’m available from 2-6, I am expected to be “on call” in case they want me there. They have called me in with less than 30 minutes until shift. If you don’t respond to an assignment within 3 hours, you lose 3 points. If you reject a job, you loose 3 points. If you cancel a previously accepted job, you lose 5. However if you accept an assignment, you gain 1.
TET provides you with ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING for an after school sub. Only an orientation video of their expectations (no sitting, no tattoos, no piercings, etc).
Good if you have no other obligations and are willing to be on call in hopes of a 4 hour shift.

The Education Team is a good job opportunity. The TET App was easy to navigate. There were always assignments, so there was always work. The employees at TET were always available and very helpful. TET sent me out to different schools in the IE. The leads at all schools were friendly and I was part of the group building. I would definitely recommend TET.

This sub agency is so unstable with the hours they provide, if you get lucky you work the 5 days completely but here it’s unstable. It’s good for those who want flexibility but if you’re trying to work full time 5 days I don’t recommend here. And yes there are other sub agencies that are stable with the hours and pay better and provide a livable wage. Other sub agencies have daily rates, it may be a longer process for other ones but trust me you can work at other sub agencies.

It was a short time working with TET, and I enjoyed every bit of their system. Guaranteed days and they adhere to the days you provided for them. I will definitely come back to work with TET, and I say a big THANK YOU to all the TET staff, especially Nadia Alvarez.

Dark Collective

Promised employment for the upcoming school year after I submitted my application and completed my background check in early May, only for them to ghost me and never respond to ANY emails and calls for the next 3 months.

It's now mid September and I'm out of a job when I should've started last month.

I recommend researching other sub agencies in your area before choosing this one. There are other agencies that pay much better than this one. It was a pretty smooth experience for the most part, and everyone I interacted with was very nice.
