Lucinda was great from start to finish. She's just brilliant. Pity google isn't as good as my reviews were getting wiped, and I have to keep writing reviews here as the same is happening. Lucinda got me in contact with Google. Such a nice, helpful lady. Step by step, she helped me. Lucinda was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured while she waited for me to catch up. There wasn't an expert in that field in the office at that time to help. It was not required as she went out of her way to show me how to get in contact with google, which is not always easy unless you're a google seo type person. Thanks Lucinda, you made my day and days ahead trying to resolve this so much easier. I hope this review gets there google!
