The hosts were very welcoming. The gardens were lovely & the common areas were comfortable. We enjoyed their included breakfast. My issue is the room. For a price of $295, Room 5 was very small & dark. The furniture was very basic & there were only a few hooks for hanging. This was a problem when you are attending a wedding & need formal wear to not be creased. For this price, I would expect coffee/tea facilities & a small fridge. There is no TV. I could see that these things would not fit into such a small space. We were not there for sightseeing, so we were in the room for a longer time & it depressed me. I think that I am not a guest house person & would look for alternative accommodation next time.

Lucie and Tim were amazing hosts. We booked a last minute weekend away the day before, and were so glad we did. The guest house is in a great location, close to the shops in Bundanoon, and is lovely in winter with nice warm fires inside and extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

I brought my leadership team here to create a memorable experience. All nationalities (AU, NZ, KR, IN, SG, PH, NL) were impressed with the venues personality, the good care, good food and location. ||The inspiration of the venue, the Morton national park, the villagers and shopkeepers helped update our 3 year strategy plan. On top of that the memories created together through such a potent mix has boosted morale and added to our team culture.||I highly recommend taking your team away from the generic hotel offerings of Sydney and give the Bundanoon Guesthouse a try. You will not regret it! ||Thanks Lucy & Tim for a great week.

The perfect stay! Bundanoon Guest House is ideal for a country weekend getaway. Located an easy walk from the town centre of Bundanoon, the attention to detail is superb. Hosts, Lucie & Tim are so welcoming and the guesthouse is charming and cosy. My favourite detail… heated bathroom floors. Highly recommend.

Overall a very relaxing experience. The rooms and common areas are very clean, well presented and filled with interesting historical pieces. The owners, Lucie and Tim, have really gone a long way in making a truelly unique guest house experience, akin to some of the best 5 star hotels. Tim is a true gentleman and Lucie is a lovely hostess. My only suggestion would be that Lucie relaxes more and fusses over guests less.

What a gem in Bundanoon this accommodation is. The guest house has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Lucie and Tim are great hosts and are happy to assist with tourist options and local knowledge and are interested in what all the guests are doing. The guest lounge was well stocked with homemade biscuits, scones and jam and comfortable chairs; a great place for guests to meet and chat. The breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient, including a home cooked frittata. The whole place feels homely and very comfortable. We felt very well looked after during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bundanoon Guest House. Lucie and Tim were fantastic in making us feel like we were having the break we needed.

The included continental breakfast also doesn't do the description justice. We loved the frittata and bacon and egg pie with the homemade relish ?
