It's a great tutoring centre! The teachers are great, but their resources are even better. Liam's science classes have great resources, and generally, you are going to find your experience rewarding if your teacher is resourceful!

If I could give them a ZERO STAR rating I would !!!!!! Keep way !! They take the customers money and yet they cannot full fill their simple requirements. That is , allocate a regular tutor for their student. They charge $75/ hour for a one on one lesson yet they have changed my sons tutor 3 times this year ! ( 2 terms ) . You email the owner 6 weeks ago and no reply .
DO NOT waste your hard earned money or time on a service that is there to better students . They do none of that . If fact , they take your money and that’s where the customer service begins and ends .
In such a competitive market I’m surprised they’re still in business. Hopefully for not too much longer .

The WORST tutoring place I have ever been to, the place is a dump and cramped, and more expensive than other tutoring centres. The teachers are disgusting, rude and humiliating students. There are NO refunds at all for cancelling classes no matter the reason, which is upmost stupid. I suggest to all parents and students to STAY AWAY from this garbage.

I have been at The Brain for 4 years, since year 7, and my maths has been improving. My current tutor William is very patient and thorough with his teaching and i feel that i have gradually became interested in my work and have learnt to love the genius of it all. All the teachers encouraged my work. What I enjoyed most was being able to work with the other students in a small class.

The environment is filthy especially the upstairs classroom. It is a joke that they thought it is suitable for students to focus in a room with crumbs on the desk, no ventilation and dirty walls. This tutoring center steals textbook questions and answers - honestly, someone should sue them for that. There are SOME good teachers I guess. No but there is a really dodgy tutor (I am not gonna point fingers) but they had like a stain on their jumper which I thought was very unprofessional in my case. Do not get fooled by the royal purple walls but this place is a disgrace!!

This tutoring centre is absolutely terrible. You pay top dollar, at 65 dollars for 2 hours and what do you get? Rubbish teaching methods, which don't even aid students. The tutors their claim to be 99 atar students, yet they don't deliver results and have no method in getting information to students heads in a manner that they perceive it. Not to mention, not only do the students frequently swear in class but so do the teachers .Spend your money on a good private tutor, these people are a disgrace to modern education.

Having experienced the brain education for some time i have always found all the staff professional and friendly. Tutors and teachers have always been engaging and friendly. My interactions with the front desk staff at both burwood and hurstville centres has always been helpful.
