I have engaged with The Authentic Living Centre as a facilitator to run my trauma recovery workshops and as a participant to explore the richness of Tantra and Authentic Social Night and their New Year's Eve Ceremony which I highly recommend! I absolutely just love the space. It feels cosy and intimate where it's safe to be held, nourished and supported. I will definitely be back at The Authentic Living Centre again to run my future workshops on Healing Childhood Trauma and Ancestral Trauma Alchemy and to attend their incredibly unique events on sensuality with spirituality. Thank you Simon and Lora, you both have been amazing and thank you for providing this space for us facilitators and participants. Love and light to you both ?

I have been attending The Authentic Living Centre since its it opened its doors as a both a participant and facilitator. Over the past 6+ years I have attended many of the incredible heart warming and soul enriching events there. I’ve also been facilitating monthly Soul Space Circles there for almost 6 years now and have been blessed with a diverse group of people attending of all genders including non-binary. Last year I co-hosted a Soulful Connections Workshop there in collaboration with 4 other facilitators in May 2022 and we filled up the main room with 35+ soul full connections, past and present. As both a participant and facilitator I can honestly say there is something very special about the space and its energy. I have not felt drawn to host my events at any other venue since I started facilitating events in June 2017. Located on the heart of Oxford & Crown streets yet once you step inside you notice you’ve left the hustle n bustle and entered a very different space and find your energy can shift while aligning to the space there. Simon and Lora do a fantastic job maintaining and managing the centre and are always so welcoming and engaging. I am so grateful they have been able to keep their doors open especially after the lockdowns. I would certainly recommend it both as a venue for facilitators seeking to host events and for participants seeking to attend events that promote authenticity and the freedom to be our true selves with a group of open minded and open hearted souls on a journey of self discovery and awareness. I’ve have had the pleasure of witnessing many beautiful connections form there over the years both at my own events and others, especially those hosted by Simon & Lora themselves. It’s the place you can find yourself keep going back to again and again. I hope to see you there.

Loved hosting an event here. Relaxed vibe. Easy practicalities. Plenty of cushions / tea bags / good energy. And very handy central location. ( don’t give up if you think you can’t find it. Just take a deep breath and accept the signs, however subtle)

A wonderful space to host or attend a workshop. The space is cared for beautifully by Simon & Lora, who ensure it is a welcoming space for all hosts and attendees. The space is infused with thousands of hours of people experiencing healing, joy, expansion and transformation, and it holds that energy with love and clarity. Plus it is one of the very few wheelchair accessible workshop spaces, so highly recommended for hosts and participants / attendees alike!

Really loving energy to this place in a convenient location. I rent one of the workshop rooms for a few hours weekly and have always found Simon and Lora very easy to deal with. They take pride in the upkeep of the Center and are very open to feedback. The energy in the place is nice and clean and extremely loving. I have also been to a few workshops held here and they have all been great. Very lucky to have this center in Darlinghurst - it's a great place to meet like-minded people in a busy and frenetic City!

I have been coming here for years and initially came to the powerful healing workshops that Simon and lora (who also run the centre) run there. It’s such a great community space, really welcoming and inclusive. The loving intention and integrity that Simon and lora hold for that space really shines through. Having a space for healing and transformation amongst the contrast of the busy city is quite powerful in my opinion! I highly recommend this space ‍♀️
