I have delayed on writing this review for a few weeks. The reason for this is i have struggled to be able to put in words how much my life has changed since completing my NLP practitioner with Adam Rice.
I have lived through a lot of trauma in my life and have spent an insane amount of money, time and different types of therapy trying to move forward. I had resigned to the fact that this was how I was going to spend my life, in a constant state of anxiety, depression, panic attacks to name a few.
I also help a lot of young people and the main reason for me taking the course was to better equipped myself with tools to best help them however I have walked out of my NLP training with Adam not only new qualifications, knowledge, support network and new friends I have walked out with a new quality of life I had only dream of having. I highly recommend this course it will change your life.

This course gives much opportunity for inward reflection, hence enabling you to walk away with the tools to approach life more positively. Adam (the trainer that ran our course) was truly amazing. His extensive knowledge of NLP meant that there were no questions left unanswered, and he walked us through NLP processes effortlessly, as you would see from someone who truly knows their craft. Do this course if you want to completely change your outlook on life. It will especially improve relationships with others as it teaches you effective communication and understanding perspectives. Most importantly, it teaches you how to have a better a better relationship with yourself by arming you with the skills to get through anything. You can go on to be a Life Coach and help others too! "When you know better, you can do better"!
