Since Josie has taken over as director of Teddy Bear Early Learning Centre there has been such a change for the better - not only with the quality of day programming but also with the joy my son has attending. As well as this, my son has had the same educators ever since Josie took over, which is always a good indication of a great director. The educators always go out of their way to make the kids feel included and special and I would not hesitate in recommending it to other parents!

We recently moved to the area. Not knowing which day care is the best, we tried Teddy Bear. However, we're pleasantly surprised to see our boys settling in in no time with the great care and support at TBELC. They love engaging in all wonderfully planned daily activities and they've developed many essential skills each and every day at TBELC.

The centre is clean, spacious with nice outdoor playgrounds. All staff here are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Not to mention, the super efficient & highly organised centre director Josie who helped us right from our very first visit.

We're very grateful to find TBELC and We would not hesitate to recommend the care at TBELC to anyone in need.

So glad I found Teddy Bear ELC Denistone East for my 3 year old son. He has developed so many essential skills since he started last year and becomes more confident and outgoing now.
Yuji the director is doing an excellent job in running the centre. She frequently organizes new and fun activities/experiences for the kids and has implemented a new preschool programme this year which kids absolutely love. As a mum to a toddler herself, she knows exactly what we parents want for our children.
All the other educators are fabulous too, super loving and caring!
My son has received great care there. Highly recommend Yuji and her centre!

Yuji (director) and the educators at this centre are very loving, caring and supportive towards the children. They are very open, share and listen to the parents on a daily basis. My daughter has been to this centre for 1.5 years, and I can see that she enjoys going to this centre more now, and is comfortable being around her peers and educators. She is even talking more in public and even singing at home. They have also encouraged her with her toilet training and persisted with a great outcome. 1 month ago she was fearful to go the toilet, but now she has the confidence to go to the toilet herself which is amazing. I want to thank Yuji and team for doing such a great job running this centre, and I recommend this centre to anyone.

Our daughter attended the Teddy Bear for 1 year and she received great care and support from the carers. Being a small centre, the kids get more attention than in big centres, we found.

The centre is run by Jenni who is a fantastic woman caring after both the kids and families and we could not recommend her more when it comes to flexibility and understanding - we have rarely seen anything like this in other centres.

During COVID lockdowns, extra measures were taken with staff and they kept our baby safe, so we couldn't be happier that all went well.

The most terrible place I have ever been.
The educators are really rude. They do not work as a team, they are selfish and ignorant. There are no camera in the centre which you cannot find out the truth. They hide everything up nicely once after the parents leave the centre.

This is a depression place. There is no respect or love. Children must not to be grow up in such an environment.

I know this centre well because I have worked here before. My experience was shocking. Only a month heredrove me crazy and got PTSD. Now I have been working in other centres and have never seen anything like this again. So, I advise never send kids here .
