Poor form, nurse in charge not a care in the world. Told they'd be back in half hour to do checks and don't return, ring call bell and no one comes.. have an accident in the bed and have family clean up because they can't be bothered to come, gossiping at the desk was more appropriate. Request for something that should have not been an issue to be told NO. cleaners and kitchen ladies be better at the job at hand then nurses with attitude!
Not aloud to move without assistance but no one over night to assist me to the toilet and no shower this morning.

Had a successful surgery and stayed overnight. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Very clean, bright and comfortable. We are fortunate to have this facility in Tamworth!

I was here for my 30th Surgery, Right shoulder repair.
The Drs , nurses and all staff were the kindest and helpful in every way to make my stay as comfortable as possible with the pain and discomfort.

Nursing staff are lovely. Cleaners are lovely. Catering staff our friendly. Food service is excellent. Felt at home. Made you welcomed and look after you, made shore you where feeling better. Physio staff wonderful.

About to be admitted. For post brain op rehab. Now a couple of weeks into rehab. I confirm with other kind commeñts. Add to that shortage of staff, Covid work load, government lack of priority, etc
