Very disgusted with Reception attitude… Visited BM TAFE, needed help with computer skills, I mentioned a course I was interested in.. the woman said it’s online just need to register and walked away.. very rude service, disinterested in helping others.. Even though it’s close to home I’m going somewhere else to complete courses.. somewhere where people are wanting to help others. Not everyone knows how to or not confident with computers… I want a change and upskill myself after working in same industry for 20+ years. Would NOT recommend Blue Mountains tafe. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time.
