We had a connected learning semester and I have to say Alicia Vaughan is an excellent teacher and a great facilitator. She provides a learning environment that makes students comfortable to participate. Her positive, enthusiastic and cheerful attitude encourages and engages the class.The course content is extremely useful. Complemented with Alicia's extensive real life stories and being a principle of her own business, she is not only a great teacher, but also a very helpful adviser.

Recently I had a perm by an upmarket salon in Mosman..... disaster, damage was awful,plus an exorbitant amount of money,so I needed to get something done to my hair.The salon offered another perm! but I knew I couldn't wait 3 to 6 months to have it done. I was recommended to go to TAFE to rectify the problem. My fairly long hair had to be cut to get rid of the perm, which I did. To say I'm happy with the result in an understatement. Everyone (including me of course) says how great my hair looks. Karen, Curtis and Helen looked after every detail and I am thrilled with the result and will certainly be returning to Brookvale. I have tried calling TAFE 5 times and have been on hold for over 15-20 mins every time. When I got through to the chat function, I was given 4 numbers to call to reach the teachers running the course - all went to voicemail.

I really want to do a course here, but TAFE makes it really hard to.

Great location, good parking on site, COVID 19 restrictions in place but can use library, it's about to go on holidays but library still open! Teachers are great

Great place to study doing many courses here over the years and my children and now study at Tafe . Teachers are highly educated . Professional and friendly

My experience was to hold on the phone for 10 minutes and then get cut off. Called back and waited for 6 minutes only to get onto an answering machine. Left a message - nobody bothered to phone me back. Have rung again and got through quite quickly but still no call back. Not impressed.
