I am giving a low rating to draw attention to the incompetence of the staff at the Hornsby campus information center.

When I came to ask for help with redirecting my certificate (since I had changed my place of residence), an employee named Milinda started demanding documents that mentioned my new address, while rejecting the official letter from the agency confirming my request.
In my interaction with him, I felt pressured and gaslighted. When I contacted my father due to the confusion Milinda left me in while filling out forms with basic information from scratch (just adding the new address), Milinda refused to speak with him, citing that he was UNWILLING to do so.Quote: "I’ve already told you everything, and I don’t want to speak with your father."
In contrast to Milinda (unfortunately, I did not get his last name or his position at the information center), the girls working here are very friendly and responsive.

My letter is a request to draw attention to people who are unwilling to do their job and who allow themselves to behave rudely and arrogantly towards students. I ask that measures be taken regarding this issue so that young people like me do not face such problems in future.

Don't ever participate in the early childcare program as they don't refund your money back if both the perents and the program cancelled the dates. They say they can refund the money. But we are still waiting for the refund since August this year, and they don't even know how to fill out the refund form correctly.
All new parents should avoid this location.
