I recently visited TAFE Castle Hill to inquire about a few courses, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Anna at reception. She was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Anna took the time to explain everything in detail and offered valuable advice on which courses would be most appropriate for my needs. What an absolute joke of a fee system. I withdrew from my course prior to any fees being due and still got fee payment reminders. I contacted them at least 10 times to get this fee payment sorted, each time with no resolution over the span of 4 months. In the end I paid the fee because I couldn’t be bothered chasing it up anymore. Which I assume was their goal. Be careful

most unorganised system ive been part of. wasted my time here. teachers in the course i did were unable to provide any knowledge. student chasing them to mark assessments months after students have sent them through. this caused the course to linger on for another six months before graduating. teachers have no idea what is going on, nor have plans for the day. and just read off an old powerpoint. also one of the ladies in the reception is so rude.

Great teachers for the disabilty course but the facility doesnt have a cafateria and the libary is only open monday to wednesday and sometimes not even then.

"Library" only open 3 days a week, has room to sit about 3 people and has 2 old computers - one which didn't work. No other place to meet up with people on campus.
Buildings are old and uninviting. Barely any courses on offer. Nowhere to buy food on campus either so pack your own or share the one archaic microwave. IT was an afterthought and woefully inadequate resources.

The lady who runs the "library" was nice, but that's basically everything positive I can say.

Just go to another TAFE..

Staff of Nursing campus is non supportive. Young students do not get timely support and right advise. Many students are asked to withdraw and reapply for the course. So unorganised too and unprepared in covid crisis. Subject delivery is lame.

Teachers are absolutely hopeless except Paul Geier DO NOT recommend to anybody some of these guy's need to retire teachers are being hired with worse english then a 1 year old kid.

This has free admission and is open on the weekends between 10 am and 4 pm.

It contains a wealth of artifacts and is well worth a visit with the family.
