I took bar operation course yesterday. Instead of 3 hour course as they state on their website it took 2,5 hours only. When i asked about it at administration desk, the lady said that teacher already said everything she has to teach and that i can read a book they gave me. She also suggested to write an email to manager. I did. Didn't receive a reply yet. The course was ok. Not sure if it useful though, if you already work in the industry. Not too many new things to learn, just the general information. Not specific about drinks at all. I liked the teacher. She was great. Just the issue with timing... you'd expect to get what you are paying for...

I took RSA course today, and the instructor's attitude toward who doesn't speak English was really rude. I think he wants to make his class fun, but not fun for me because he teases somebody to make his class better. I know there's tons of place that you could choose to go elsewhere. Better choose another place.

The worst Training Center in Sydney
I`ve attend on RSA training on 20.Oct Thursday and this is the worst organization of the training that Ive ever seen in my life. It was very embarrassing for few people as they didn't have enough place to sit because there was way more booked memebrs than chairs in cabinet. All students fill up form with information and trainer check info as well compare them with ID so that there is not mistakes. As well we all been told that we will get Interim Certificate as soon we finish course the same day. In the middle of course they inform us that they are not able to give to us Certificate and that they will send it on email. Many people has been disappointed as they had scheduled job interview same day. On Saturday I`ve send email to Training center asking for my form but as I didn't got any replay I`ve visit them. As i came in front of me was line with 4 more people having the same issue. As well phone was ringing constantly as people asking to get certificate or to change it becouse names are not correctly writen. After 45 min waiting on front desk they still couldn't find me in system and on the list that I`ve even attend to the training. Luckily I had receive that I`ve paid course with my Debit card by front desk and booking information so they suddenly found it. After that again new drama as my name was not correctly written so instead 13 I`ve got Certificate with 14 letters for my last name. I understand that there can be spelling mistake even we fill up form and trainer check names but where they found addition letter I don't know. I pointed out and they told me that it is GOVERNMENT fault as there system is not working properly so sometimes names are not correct spelled as well that GOVERNMENT supposed to send me mail with certificate not them.I`ve believe them so as advise went to Justice Liquor & Gaming NSW. I told them what happen they answer me that Training Center is sending first Interim Certificate on mail to all members as well they are the one making spelling mistakes. Their office is issuing new Certificate only if there is mistake in information and Servise is issuing RSA cards. Not only that they make mistake in Training Center they try to blame others very poor Costumer Service. Monday evening 24.10 and I still haven't got any replay on email for my inquire and question toward training center submitted on Saturday: "When i will be able to get my certificate?"

I did a RSA training certification class today. The faculty, his name was eoghan. He is really wonderful, very explinatory and very nicely interacting the students. I enjoyed & met new people . Everyone there is very friendly. Thanks

Just called asking for prove of passing of RSA and got extremely rude response from them to wait for an email. Talking about customer service! Will not go back there for another training.So many other institutions that run those trainings in Sydney so do yourself a favor and go somewhere who cares about providing customer service!
