Attended Advanced Diploma of Interpreting at SIIT in 2024. The program was so helpful and curriculum well structured. I enjoyed the whole learning experience which not just boosted my confidence but also significantly improved my interpretation skills. I sat the NAATI Certified Interpreter exam after graduation from SIIT, passed the exam and obtained the NAATI CI credential. I am deeply appreciative to all the faculty of SIIT and my special thanks to my two SIIT teachers, Ying and Ryan, for their dedication and inspiration throughout my interpreter's learning journey!

I’ve passed the NAATI certified translator test (LOTE into English) in April thanks to SIIT especially Ying Wang and Winnie Zhou who are very professional, kind and supportive teachers. I had a great learning experience here and I’d highly recommend SIIT to those who want to pursue their studies in interpreting and translation!

Just enrolled in May 2021 - Jude Wang was super helpful and gave me all the information I need and more - enrolment was processed very quickly and smoothly, no issues. The course so far is very focused on doing exercises in the NAATI Exam format, and the teachers have been great! Super knowledgeable and give good feedback, run the course well online although a bit more clarity is probably needed for newer students.

Highly recommend SIIT! Chinese was my second language and only had high school standard. I came from a English speaking background and couldn’t read Chinese words. Nevertheless, I passed my CLL NAATI on one attempt with a fairly high score. Credit to Teacher Tong from SIIT. Her special assistance for students weak Chinese and her patience in explaining terminologies / keywords etc. Furthermore, SIIT is professional. Perry and Sherry takes in feedback and improve their service delivery to aid students. A BIG thank you!

The worst management ever in the world. I have requested for my fee refund well before the course start date and even provide the medical certificates of two doctors from two nations. But after sending them millions of emails they were giving me useless relays for almost 6 months. I requested them a lot and provide everything but they were happy to keep my $2250 which I have earned after a lot of hard work.

Wont recommend this institute to anyone. God is watching. SHame
