The place is run down. Platerboards in ceiling missing. Room carpet mouldy, prob from disuse.
Lack of ceiling lights or wall lights in some of the bedrooms (by some strange design).
The pool is dirty (the pool cleaner machine only reached half the pool)
Landscaping not done. But They did do it 3-4 days after we arrived.
The food from the first 2 days were exactly the same. The food level is about high school camp food.

Makes sense, since it’s COVID so not much customers and the place is up for sale, so the owners wouldn’t want to invest in repairs.

The staff are nice. Friendly. Really wanting to help. So, thank you.
The place is clean. The housekeeping was great.
The air is fresh.
Not much to do around it.

An ownership change early this year has seen small improvements like new carpet in the large areas. Rooms remain slightly dated but are comfortable enough for short stays.

The staff are friendly and the facilities are good for training or conferences.

The food here is the standout with lunches and dinners of excellent quality and provides for broad tastes.

The location is relatively remote when visiting from interstate and travel from the airport is time consuming during peak times.

What a lovely facility! Had no issue with so called 'aged rooms', but maybe that was just my room block? Food was lovely, staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms available were really helpful. Had a great time, couldn't complain. Especially the individual rooms - the beds were so big and comfortable!!!

Tucked away at the edge of bushland with sea view from the pool deck. I never thought of taking boarding to a one day conference but would have been good with the 38 degree heat today. We'll kept.

Went for bushwalk, got lost, but found a few benches here and got some rest, would give 5 stars but I have never been inside
