Alix is a machine and her classes are absolutely amazing !
About a year ago I was suffering chronic migraines for about 12 months & had Pilates recommended to me by a few clients and friends. I found alix’s little studio online and thought I’d try it out.
My god the reformer is sooo humbling but so empowering. My migraines are now basically non-existent and my body feels so much stronger and capable.
If you are wanting an upbeat, fun and challenging workout, SWEET AS is your go to !!

I absolutely love this reformer Pilates studio! Alix is an amazing instructor who made my first experience effortless and comfortable. I hadn't done reformer Pilates before, but her guidance made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this studio!!

Alix is such an incredible teacher. I’ve been dealing with an injury for the last month and she has been so supportive with giving me modifications to assist in my recovery, and yet still manages to challenge me every class. Sweet as classes has become such a great inclusion to my routine and I can’t recommend it enough.

I think after experiencing 145 of Alix’s classes at Sweet As I can honestly say I love it!
Not only do I love how different every class is but the muscle burn is next level. Needless to say I’m addicted.

Unbelievably Good!!! You will not find a better pilates studio in Australia - every class is a great workout and every class is different - I don’t know how Alix does it but she is so talented - she ensures you wobble out feeling like your legs aren’t attached and your abs will be a 6 pack tomorrow and all a lot of fun! We are so lucky to have this studio in Mollymook - heaven is a place on earth ?
