The swimming instructors at this school are experienced and generally high-quality, though some stand out more than others. However, the school faces some significant challenges that detract from the overall experience.
Communication Barriers
One of the primary issues is communication. The management and many of the instructors struggle to communicate effectively in English. As someone who doesn't speak Korean, which seems to be the primary language spoken by most parents and staff at this school, I often experience breakdowns in communication. This language barrier makes it difficult to get clear information and have productive interactions.
Unclear Assessment Process
Another area where the school falls short is in student assessment. While they do conduct assessments during the term, the grading system is unclear and poorly communicated. As a parent, I don't have a good understanding of how my child is being evaluated and what criteria are being used. This lack of transparency around the assessment process is frustrating.
Unrealized Potential
It's unfortunate that these issues persist because the school has great potential. The instructors are knowledgeable and the facilities seem adequate. However, the communication problems really drag down the overall experience and make it hard to fully benefit from what the school has to offer.

My daughter has been swimming at SW since 2021. She not only enjoys the learning there, but also cherishes the friendship she has through the time being. Her coach is very professional and keeps motivating her to be the better of herself at each training. I have no hesitation to recommend the school to all my friends.

it's the best swimming school. my kids, and all my friends' kids are in this swimming school. I can see their fast improvement. The teachers are very professional. They have assessment twice per term, kids get upgraded soon, you won't waste your money. Plus, during the class, no need to wait for others finish to get your turn, all the kids swim 50 minutes.

We started swimming at SW from last year. The Coaches are all very nice, active and professional. Compared to other school, coaches here are correcting kids' swimming position and gesture very detail. My sons progressed most here in SW. Already refer several friends come to SW and they all enjoy it.

My son has been attending sw for a while now.
We have tried a few different places but can say SW is amazing.
We have had the same trainer since we have started.
Staff are dedicated and focused and try to bring the best out of all the swimmers.

I enrolled my boys in SW since June 2022 and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, responsible, and efficient. Highly recommend!
