Just came in to buy a pair socks and the service was amazing and the store looked so well kept. Everyone had their areas and every area I walked into someone asked if I needed anything, best christmas shopping I've had at any store this Christmas!

Trying to get a bikini is hard enough but in a rush? Impossible. Whilst I was all panic and no disco, BIANCA at the Wollongong store found every possible bikini and helped me pick one very quickly that I was comfy and happy in, she was so kind and efficient. She then cleaned the storm of bikinis I left in the change room so I could run back out again.

Unfortunately 1 star isn’t an option-rest assured I would definitely give it that. Where to start…
The young man working last week was just so rude I have not been able to get over it. I believe his name to be Tim/Tom and my goodness I’m surprised he even had parents to give him one. He was too busy on his phone during a rush to help me and my grand daughter but as soon as we entered the change rooms he berated my grand daughter to get out quickly but wouldn’t help her with sizing. She’s a bigger girl and I could feel his judgement in his downright appalling and inhumane manner. He recommended she shop at a plus size store for more options. She is 11. Will be shopping at city beach from now on.

Amazing manager and team in store and amazing shipping! So helpful! They checked every store for me to try and get the right size and ended up ordering for me which ended up being so fast; 2 days later it’s on my doorstep with free shipping. Thank you again!
