This organisation is corrupt. They do nothing to help you get a job and in fact give you negligent advise that make it harder to find employment. Their 'courses' are fake and they have no respect for individuals. In one instance I experienced the trainer told everyone that they need to follow up on potential employers and then used a personal example of how they spend $50,000.00 on a pool.

Very disappointed. I did the right thing and called and advised that I could not make an appointment two days before and now my payment has been suspended. Wagga office unable to make appointments other than 10 and 2 pm. Very unprofessional Wagga office. Staff are participating in a webinar . All customers can hear the entire conversation and one staff member is walking around the office with no show on and she keeps glarrin at me. I am employed by the way. These people at Sureway Wagga should count themselves lucky to have a job. Very unprofessional.
