T0XiC staff at Vincentia and Ulladulla. L4ZY and completely unorganized. Ulladulla will change your Monday morning appointments, via text message on a Sunday night, with less than 24 hrs notice. Then blame the department & take no responsibility. They fobbed off every face to face client using this method, for over 6 months last minute, during the lead up to WFA.

They'll ring outside of appointment times from blocked numbers, leave no voice message, then breach you for not being contactable when you don't answer. Never sign this dodgy business's privacy waiver, if you have then simply revoke it. They can't legally harass you more than once or twice a month if you don't sign their rubbish (which is not compulsory).
