I wish I could give less, credit to my teacher Tony for being a great teacher and actually caring about my apprenticeship. Once I finished my 2.5-3 years of training at STC, I was told I didn’t pass any exams. Even though I had emails from STC stating that I had passed along with email records of percentages. When I asked the office for a transcript they told me I needed to pay $3500 to get them and I would need to go back to redo the course. Luckily I found another rto who weren’t scammers and could help me finish my qualification. I would stay clear of this place it’s just a scam to get more money or the admin staff in the office don’t know how to do there job and they should get some training. It’s quite sad as they have a great range of teachers wasted at such a poor facility.

The process was very easy and the staff were very informative with everything from course prerequisites, timetables, exam dates and any equipment that I needed.

Quick to reply with emails and helped me out whenever I needed it. I would honestly recommend these guys to anyone looking to complete their certificate 3.

Very smooth experience, the whole STC team helped me throughout the course to achieve my cert 3 and accommodated to any additional help that I needed. I would definitely recommend the training centre.
