Incredibly unprofessional, a highly aggressive client of theirs attacked my sisters car whilst accompanied by 2 of their carers. Have tried to contact them about the incident and never received a response, it seems like all their positive reviews are from staff, beware if you are considering their services for a vulnerable relative as they look dodgy.

As a Support Coordinator I cannot rate Sunnyday Carers more highly. They have gone above and beyond to assist my client and their family with their transition into his new SIL/SDA home. From the very beginning, the quick correspondence and their assistance with all our questions and concerns has been exceptional. To the weeks coming up to the move in, assisting my client with buddy shifts, taking him to meet the other participant of the home and inviting him to spend time and become more comfortable in his new space, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. All the staff are so kind and caring and I'm so happy they were recommended to me. I feel my client will be extremely well cared for and safe.
