I love my Reformer pilates classes at Studio Pilates Bowral. The early class timetable suits me perfectly for before work workouts and the format of screens and instructor is the ideal way to be self guided yet personalised to correct form. I feel so much stronger after just a month of regular classes and have just encouraged my partner to join as I know he will love the results too. Strongly recommend the studio as it’s immaculate, friendly and convenient.

I recently started Pilates at Studio Pilates Bowral. Despite my chosen class being 7:15am and it being freezing outside, I am always very keen to do the class. The instructors are very attentive and motivating. The studio is very nice and the equipment is very sturdy. And the screens on the wall are a very valuable and helpful addition the exercise class. It will definitely be part of my staying fit regimen from now on.

Attended the free orientation class, then tried 6 classes for $60. Studio Pilates has changed my whole physical outlook in life. It improves the quality of my everyday life by having a positive effect on depression and decreases pain (scoliosis and plantar). I now feel more motivated and boosts my mood.
