We came as drop ins on our holiday here and took a class with Callie. It was great! She is so welcoming and knowledgeable. She was able to provide adjustments and hands on instruction . Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love the friendly and welcoming community at Studio 40. Callie is incredible at her job and delivers her classes so well. I love that I can exercise at the same time as have fun and build friendships with other members.

I'm very happy with Studio 40. I always feel like i'm walking taller & reconnected to my body after classes. Each instructor offers something different & the classes are small enough so they still engage with you. Each injury, weakness, strength & concern is catered to, we all walk away satisfied. It's also quite a peaceful environment i find so i personally leave revived & ready for the day.
