The BEST pilates classes ever! Through Steph’s amazing skill of getting you to work hard while having fun, it’s been an absolute blast! I have made wonderful friends through going to her classes too. I cannot recommend her enough!
I had never done reformer before but Steph was awesome in helping guide me, she’s also been incredible as I have my 10mo and she sometimes has to come to classes with me, which Steph has even involved her in classes which has been so much fun too!

Steph, the founder and instructor, has created a beautiful business that allows anyone of any ability to begin or continue their reformer journey. After my first experience with reformer Pilates at Studio 2774 with Steph, I was hooked! A friendly and welcoming environment with a knowledgeable instructor who provides gentle encouragement and correction. I look forward to every class almost as much as the feeling I have after each class, so relaxed and muscle happy. I have really enjoyed going to Studio 2774 and Steph is an incredible instructor. She helped me modify the moves when I was heavily pregnant and the same when I attended the class postpartum. I’m able to bring my little baby to class and she sits beside me while I work out.
I would highly recommend this place, going is one of the highlights of my week!

After having shoulder surgery early 2023, I got through the early rehab work and then my physio suggested I start reformer pilates to keep kicking the recovery goals. I joined Steph @studio2774 in October 2023 and come February 2024, I've just about reached my goal of strength parity across both L+R shoulders. After carrying what was a lesser left side for so many years, It feels pretty incredible to know that I'm building strength and looking to achieve bigger goals. Steph is playing a big part in achieving that confidence in my body (and makes it so enjoyable at the same time!)
