I had an amazing experience with Roly Poly. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive to the needs of the children. Our experience with Strive ELC Bankstown ( used to be Roly Poly) has been nothing short of exceptional. The level of care, attention, and education provided to our child has exceeded our expectations. The staff is warm, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond in creating a nurturing environment. Roly Poly Bankstown is an amazing centre. All of the educators are very caring and passionate. They provide a clean, safe and friendly environment for the kids to grow and learn. Jaclyn and all the educators go above and beyond welcoming new kids and helping them navigate through this new journey. Both my girls enjoy their education program and you can see them improving everyday. I would highly recommend Roly Poly to any parent looking for a warm and welcoming childcare.

My children have had great experiences at the centre so far.
The eductors take care of the kid very well, although the daily photos and writeups for the Kookaburra room are somewhat lacking.
The director Jaclyn really loves every kid, and is still attentive to any of our queries.
Did I tell you they have an actual bunny? The kids love playing with the bunny in the playground.

Roly Poly is a clean, safe and immaculate centre that feels like home. The facilities and education program are excellent and a lot of care has been put in to provide high quality education and care for the children. We really appreciate Miss Jacklyn and the educators’ guidance to help our son and us settle in and transition into daycare. They are understanding of each child’s individual needs and do their best to help accomodate this.

This is why Roly Poly was the winner in 2023 for “Inclusive Service Provision”.

It is comforting and reassuring to know that our son is in good hands and being well looked after when we drop him off, and to see him have a good day with a big smile when we pick him up is the most wonderful thing! It always surprises us how much he learns at school and it brings us so much joy when he tells us he’s had a good day and breaks out into song and dance at home.

All of our nephews and nieces have been attending Roly Poly for years since 2015.

Thank you to our Roly Poly family, we are grateful to have found such a wonderful centre to help our son grow.

Roly Poly Bankstown is the gold standard in childcare. The management and staff are fantastic and will do anything to help. Nothing is a problem and my two youngsters love going there. We have made many wonderful friends via the Roly Poly Bankstown community. I can highly recommended them to any prospective parents looking for quality child care.

I am reviewing after 2 months as I wanted to experience another childcare before i review. Roly poly is the Worst childcare, my baby used to attend there. He was sick every single day. I found bruises on his body, sands inside his ears. Manager Jaclyn was nice in first few meetings, she doesn’t care after enrolment. Educator Malak and Nang both are resist. They only care children from their own backgrounds. Please do not take your babies there. Nursery room called as butterfly is a nightmare.

Also I asked to check the camera because my baby had bruises, Jaclyn did not check and stated if there is no report by the educator they don’t check.

I wish I could share all my bad, heartbroken experience.

My son is attending another centre last 2 months, I am having really great experiences there.
