Our daughter enrollment was cancelled (gaving us one day notice) saying they are struggling to maintain staff child ratio..It is really hard for parents to manage as we have works commitment.. no one deserves to be treated like this.. Really disappointed the way we been treated.
We do not recommend anyone at all !

Was thinking of sending my boys to strawberry fields day care. But how I’ve heard how they have treated a friend of mine by kicking out his daughter with out much notice or zero communication after they have informed the pre school what is happening with their family going through. Is such a shame that they treat people like this

My child was kicked out of daycare with no notice.

I was told on the morning when I went to drop her off before I was suppose to go to work. I was told it was because of staffing issues and being behind with payments.

We did come to an agreement with a payment plan since we've been having financial issues so we could catch up on fees due to financial hardship but like I said, out of nowhere enrolment there was terminated. Very heartless and no compassion.

There has been 0 communication between myself and strawberry Fields for months 🥴

They are not concerned about childcare they are only concerned about the bottom line, making money They also like to pass the blame onto the parents to cover their own incompetence, very disappointed with them. They claim as educators that they have responsibility as educators to guide moral judgements and ethical decision- making, they also claim to be passionate educators with true professionalism and open listening with our peers. I am staggered that they claim this. their so called ethical decision-making is a gross overstatement, and open listening only occurs within themselves, not parents which I believe is not very ethical and certainly not the moral compass they claim to be.

Great centre with quality service. My son got rejected from another child centre for being naughty and being autistic which broken our hearts as his parents. We could not find any childcare centres which meet his needs at that time. We were lucky to find Strawberry Field Cottage Preschool which offer us the flexibility of days attend depending to my roster changed sometimes in a year. The teachers are great and understand my child’s need. He is not labeled to be a slow developed kid in this centre. He enjoyed to go to school and asked me if I could let him go more days a week. He is more confident with his daily skills which make us happy to see our champ is growing in a good environment. Would recommend for everyone who is worried about which childcare centre you can trust to look after our little love one while we are at work. 5 star quality service without any regrets from my personal experience and other parents in my workplace

A great place. My daughter went there for a whole year and enjoyed her tire there. She is in year 1 more but finally recalls her time there. Strawberry fields is not restrictive and regimental like a few other childcare places and my girl thrived there. She was in a another one for part of the week but we took her outof there as she hated it and put her in strawberry fields full time. She absolutely loved it. The teachers are great and they have a great play area. Even their graduation ceremony was fun.

Checking Kanwal centre only reaffirmed the positive impression we got after visiting their Wamberal centre. Very well organised, children are well cared for, and most importantly, I could see the manager adds her heart and soul to her daily care, which is so rear to find these days. Certainly made it to the top of our list!
