The Centre has friendly, caring staff who are very attentive to the children. The centre offers nutritious, yummy food. The outdoor play area is fantastic. Would highly recommend Story House Maitland

Edit* 3.5 stars - they have improved this year, some of the problem staff have left, and the new staff have been great. Keep it up.

One star - Food provided is not great, cerial for am snack...some days no fruit provided.
No individual update on your child and their development..
Some staff are amazing, when others not so great. High turnover of staff show that management need to reassess what they are doing.
Not happy, on wait lists at other centres.

My daughters have both started at story house this year and I could not be happier with the care they have received. We use early preschool and vacation care At the service and have only positive words to say and have raved recommended the service regularly! I feel absolutely comfortable and confident sending my children there while I go to work, knowing they are cared for so well and have the most fabulous time every single day!

I cannot recommend the wonderful staff at Story House Maitland enough. From the moment the kids walk through the door they are greeted by a warm, friendly atmosphere. My sons are in the toddle room and attend the OOSH/Vacation Care program and we could not be happier with the care they receive. It's great to see the regular updates of their day through the Story Park app but my favourites are the little stories I receive from the staff at pickup, even when speaking with staff who may not have been in their room, they all know who the boys are and have something to share. The boys are in care for such long days its such a comfort to know they are being nurtured and their little personalities celebrated.

This is the absolute best school for young children. I will be so sad the day my son has to move on to big school. My daughter went through this school also and now uses the OOSH SERVICE. They have become like family to us. The help and support offered is just incredible and I cannot recommend them enough. My son is slightly out of the box with his learning and they have been nothing short of amazing when it comes to supporting him. The outdoor play space is unlike any other I have seen around but ultimately it’s the educators and director that makes this place second to none. Best decision I ever made choosing this school for my children

My daughter has been attending for just over two years. The staff are fabulous with a low turn over of staff (!!) which is amazing in early childhood. My daughter has learnt so much attending.
Great value, with meals, nappies and wipes all included. Amazing, big, open play areas surrounded by nature.

Our eldest son attended the centre for 3 years and we could not be happier with the level of care and support he received! The staff are friendly, kind and nurturing. Our 2 year old now attends the centre as well. Without a doubt, the best child care facility in the area! Highly recommend to all families!

Love love love story house early learning for my two children (one in preschool and the other in vacation care) the staff are helpful, fun, Nurturing, excellent commutators and just bloody awesome people!
The kids have loads of fun and can’t wait to tell me all about their day.
I’m glad I made the right choice of starting my kids out in life, at story house early learning.
