Our daughter has been supported for the last 5 years by Step by Step Interventions.
They have been utterly amazing support not just for our ASD daughter, but our whole family to make strategies, plan, provide encouragement and different perspectives of what would help with our situation and struggles.
They have always been so approachable with feed back, concerns and issues with support care.
Especially shout out to Peta and Ruby for their subtle learning thru play strategies that have built trust and rapport with our child. This environment of play and fun to build up my now 9 year old to have fun while working on behavioural and social issues.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Step by Step Interventions. All the staff across the organisation are kind and caring. They are all working towards to making sure that our Child has all the supports she needs. They have supported our whole family along the journey that is NDIS and Behaviour Support. When looking at Behaviour support, they don't just look for the Baindaid but for the reason why things are happening in the first place. Finding out where the Behaviours are coming from and how can we change the progression, tools to help de escalate situations and so much more. The entire team has been amazing support for the whole family

Really disappointing. Waited 18 months to get in to Step by Step only to be blind sighted with hidden costs and invoiced for additional work that they did without my permission. Three sessions in and we still had not received any strategies, advice or documentation to help our daughter but had paid $800 in fees. Definitely would not recommend.
