Worse delivery company ever! My order was supposed to be delivered TWO DAYS AGO! It's sitting at Westdale now for two days. I called up today and was told they would put it as urgency and get it delivered today. Then a few hours later they call me and tell me the ETA is 2nd of January! My parcel is not even 5 minutes away. Deliver what I paid for. It should have already been delivered. Worst delivery company. Don't trust these guys!

Delivery drivers don't make the effort to actually deliver - the number of times I've had a delivery note slipped into my mailbox rather than knocking on the door is ridiculous. I pay for the service of delivery then have to pay for taxis to go and collect from the depot.

Worst delivery service in Tamworth. Expressed an issue with very expensive items not being transported correctly, even highlight the international standard for correct item orientation to driver. Ever since then (6 months now) we have had no end of issues with deliveries. Items are now just being dropped at the establishment door with zero notification of delivery. Never notified if deliveries are not fully delivered. Items are being signed for under an employee that isn't even in the shop. Don't know how legal that is and how our suppliers will handle it when items go missing. Have had numerous discussion with StarTrack national who appear to have continued to do nothing. Love the recorded message on the StarTrack phone service that talks about respect and professionalism. It would be really great if StarTrack would show this respect and professionalism to their customers. I would really suggest that formal written complaints might be a better option than ringing the national number.

A disgrace! Can't seem to get a parcel past Tamworth up the New England Highway. Can't they read the postcode or town name. 4 times our parcel got to Tamworth and 4 times it was sent back to Sydney yet the address is a town 3 hours on the same highway up the road.
