The management at St Agnes Care and Lifestyle Kempsey are very unprofessional to deal with and are the reason I no longer have my NDIS package at this company. They do not listen to your needs or requests and were not compassionate with me at all especially Mick who I felt very uncomfortable talking to. They are very unreliable to get in contact with when you urgently need to speak to them especially if you have to cancel a service due to a family emergency or to having a serious health issue that puts you in hospital. These seperate incidents led the incompetent management to still send a support worker to my house despite me sending them messages and trying to call saying I could not have services which they chose to ignore. It was only then when they sent the worker to my house that they bothered to contact me and question why I wouldn’t answer the door when I clearly wasn’t home and unable to have services. I directly made a complaint about the communication issues I was having with management to my support worker at the time only for management to act even more unprofessional towards me from that point onwards until I was left with no choice but to withdraw my package from St Agnes. Avoid sending your NDIS package here if you don’t want to deal with unprofessional and incompetent management who don’t listen to or care about their clients needs.
