A lovely welcome from the new girl on reception. Lunch was delicious .. good clean food. The bar man was an adept and knowledgeable young man .. his happy disposition was contagious. We would also like to thank Seth for his customer service. His compassion towards a disabled gentleman was so respectful and helpful. Nothing was too much for Seth. After chatting with the Manager, we can see why the place was running like a well oiled machine. Thank you for an exceptional dining experience.

I am lost for words to what even say. Ordered at 530pm and we were the first table to order. Order was simple a steak and a chicken.
1. After 45 minutes multiple other tables were served entree then their main, so we asked how long on our meals. we were told 5 more minutes by a younger girl she was very apologetic for the wait.
2. The meal comes out and we thought we had a joke being played on us the 250g steak was not even 150g it was an end bit/off cut. I’ll attach picture but then wow here come the best bit! The male guy with beard, on the floor rude. When my husband went up to him in the entry way and asked him after he had avoided us multiple time. And just said hey mate I ordered the 250g steak he said “what do you want me to do about it” husband said maybe re-train kitchen staff to start with. He offered to re-cook and won’t take 45minutes we said don’t bother as they were very busy by this stage.
3. The chicken was severely fridge affected cold and bed of mash wasn’t even a teaspoon, rock hard avo and raw potatoes.

Would have been better if food and staff were at a higher standard!

If your after a decent steak and actual size that your paying for, head to Wodonga RSL !!!

We have really enjoyed our two visits to SS&A. Our grandparents are members and we join them for lunch when we visit. The food is really lovely and usually very substantial portions. My kids love the play area including the play kitchen. The staff have been friendly. The bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked.
My kids also really enjoy their Christmas displays (once they were convinced the moving reindeer were not actually real 😅). Apparently they are renovating so I look forward to seeing the new layout next time we visit !

Been a member for a few months now, really love coming here for dinner or even for coffee and cake after a night at the movies.
Dinner here on the weekend was very enjoyable, you really need to book a table as they are always very busy, the prices are quite reasonable abd you get a discount if you are a member, drinks at the bar are the same.
We ordered a garlic and cheese pizza for entree but they accidentally brought us a garlic bread but were quick to fix it, our meals were both excellent and was pretty quick arriving.
Finished with coffee and desert cakes, coffee was perhaps a little too hot for my liking but otherwise all good.

We were taken there by friends (who are members). Fairly nice decor but the food was a real disappointment. I had the Mongolian Beef which was served with steamed rice. There was very little meat and the rice was very claggy and overall it was a poor experience.

The food is delicious, they need more variety though. The waiters are friendly and very helpful. They are very accommodating for those who have forgotten to make a booking 🙂

We dropped in on the way back to Melbourne, became members at the door which gave us a birthday gift voucher (as my birthday in a couple of days) so we had a buy 2 main meals and the cheaper one was free.🙂

Had a Korean chicken and chips for an entree, very tastie i would have again next time we are there.

I had a grilled chicken and the wife had a seafood basket for main meals. Very good meals, lots of veggies for me and the wife had a salad.
