The staff at this store, particularly Rod and Maureen are very helpful, accommodating and make my shopping experiences enjoyable. I always see them working hard and trying to bring the best out of their store for customers.

Rod the store manager is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. He always does his best to help me with my shopping needs.

Maureen is always seen working so hard anytime I come into the store.

I ordered 3 curtains in 2nd july 2024 full pmts made , I took annual leave 2 times , once in Oct 24 but they gave installer wrong track again after making too many inquiries they were going to do it in Jan25 but he didn’t turn-up same issues . Even after requesting the manager to call me , he never contacted me . 3000 dollars down and waiting 8 months without curtains. This is my worst experience only option to go to Fair trading now to resolve this matter

I had an incredible experience at Spotlight Wetherill Park thanks to Nardeen and Nancy! Both under 20, they displayed such professionalism and dedication to their work. I showed up last minute with a request to blow up a “3” and “5” balloon with helium, and despite being deeply focused on other orders, they made time to squeeze mine in without hesitation. Their work ethic and positive attitudes really stood out, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. Lovely women and excellent customer service—Spotlight is lucky to have them!

Called to have an item set aside for me and advised the staff member on the phone that I would arrive by a certain time. They then told me that they would put it back on the shelf if I didn't show up. I arrived on time and they told me where it would be implying that they never set it aside for me in the first place. Bad customer service
