Very disappointed with the store I have tried to call the store numerous times in the last few days after receiving my order with the phone dialling out!!!!!

I ordered a huge amount of fondant, Make sure I check the date of everything that I receive and what do you know they gave me 2 tubs of expired fondant that expired 3 months ago.

This is absolutely unacceptable this fondant was going to feed 190 children and the fact that they gave me expired fondant is very disgusting that they don’t look at their expired products on a regular basis.

The store is lucky I have not reported them to health and safety for selling expired products clearly, they don’t do inventory very often to check expired products

I am hoping the store contacts me within the next few days regarding this for them to be sending me some new fondant also expecting a refund and free of charge for new fondant as it is their mistake for selling expired products

Went in to discontinue receiving annoying text messages at all hours. Staff were clueless however hopefully my request has been processed. Went in with a friend who was also seeking the same. Was told by an older lady "We have never done that here" & gave us a number to ring. Told her I did it there, she said "I have been here 23 years & I'm not stupid". Told her "Maybe not stupid but untrained".

Only wanted a quote but you have to pay $110 for that privilege then that comes off the price when work is completed. Not sure if you get the money back if you don't accept the quote. I didn't have that sort of money right then so was really disgusted when I couldn't get the quite so went to another smash repairs that didn't require a payment up front, so unless you've got money to burn don't go to Adams

Has an okay selection of fabrics, adequately stocked and organised.

Can feel cramped in some areas.

Staff are polite.

Worth looking at the sale fabrics section if you're a dressmaker.

Adequate section for notions and craft.

Homewares and Manchester sections are adequate.

Just an average spotlight.

My kids are at the age where they love balloons and the staff are all so nice to the kids that we go there more than we probably should.

Not a lot of options available but thankfully different to what's available at Lincraft to be able to shop between the two. Products are ridiculously expensive compared to what's available in the US. Staff are nowhere to be found when needed and when you do need one you hope that they're actually nice and helpful compared to the other snarky workers that make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something or interrupting them. I can understand why people don't bother and just use Amazon or Temu, despite their problematic nature.

Really good shopping experience, we got some balloons from the Hornsby store for my bofriends mums surprise 75th bday and the 5 had deflated by the time we got to Ettalong beach so we had to go to West Gosford and Veronica the manager was really lovely and helpful. Such a huge difference in the customer service experience. She fixed the balloons we got and told us how to do the balloons so the numbers don't keep moving. The customer service here was so great compared to Hornsby and thanks to Veronica we had some lovely balloons for the surprise party and everyone loved them. Big shout out to Veronica. You saved the day thanks you and the extra balloons were a hit.
