I was pleased with the store. I was very disappointed that this store was one of many that have the toilet closed with an out of order sign posted on the door. I and I'm sure that many of your customers would like to see them FIXED.

Staff shortages by looks of things.One girl doing most of the work..4 other employees standing around talking..I felt sorry for the girl in the haberdashery department who was unindated with shoppers waiting for service and wanting help.By the way I gave my CV to the girl in haberdashery dept.We had to wait a fair while for assistance..fairly poor and customer service is not how it used to be.

Click and collect system is hopeless. Online order doesn't sync to the shop system so they have to ask your name and look for the order manually
