Couldn’t speak more highly of Professor Rob and the team. They gave me a warm welcome and had a great vibe. $25 for a drop in is more than reasonable and I had some great rolls with Rob, Mitchell; Jason and Adrianne! This place is a fantastic place to learn jiu jitsu! Rob and Murillo are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I started learning jiu jitsu here and it is one of the best places to learn. The space itself is super clean and well designed. Each class is intellectually stimulating as well as physically engaging. Couldn’t recommend a better place to train in NSW!

This place is ideal, really friendly and helpful instructors who look out for the students, great people training there too. Excellent for kids as well as adults with well structured classes and great teaching style. Also have the opportunity to go hard for people who get into comps and want to push themselves.
