Obvious cash grab...poor facilities, not accredited, rude uneducated staff, etc. they prey on low income population and offer useless "certificates" for money...just go across the street to Miami Dade College and get a *real* certificate that will allow you to pursue higher education!

Natalia Escobar tienes mucha razón es bien grosera la señora pintada de rubio de la izquierda, bien mal educada, ella misma debería de tomar clases de atención al cliente, es decir marketing, pues es muy poco profesional para estar en ese puesto, la señora de la derecha es muy amable en cambio , debería aprender de ella .
