SCUDA is the perfect choice for anyone serious about their dive training! Their philosophy of creating well-educated divers rather than just handing out qualifications truly sets them apart. Our course was split over two weekends due to weather, and Brian was incredibly accommodating to ensure our schedules matched. The small class sizes meant we had essentially had a personal dive trainer, which made the learning experience even more effective and enjoyable. A highlight of the trip was the delicious blueberry muffins for morning tea. We look forward to diving with you again in the near future. I highly recommend SCUDA for dedicated dive training!

After years of not diving, I needed a refresher course and I really wanted my daughter to get qualified for open water diving so we could dive together.
Brian was a fantastic teacher with a clear passion for diving and sharing diving with others - he was very thorough, amusing and professional and had a great way of instilling good practices into new and inactive divers alike. We loved that it was a small class and we were taken very well care of at each dive with excellent muffins + hot chocolate.
Would highly recommend anyone who’s learning to dive to book in with Brian and his crew.
PS. Don’t confuse masks with goggles, it will cost you a KitKat/beer, depending on your age

Brian is a brilliant scuba instructor. He made the open water training entertaining despite all the theory and repetitive skills. He has extremely thorough knowledge of the surrounding sites, the locations of the shore and boat dives were beautiful. Brian was also super accomodating in organising a date for me to finish the certification when I couldn't the first time round.
We are very grateful to Brian for helping get our 2025 off to an absolutely incredible start (also to Sam, Tammy and Darren for their help with the dives, the boat and delicious snacks).

Brian was an excellent instructor; my partner and I had a great diving session with just the two of us. He took us to two really cool dive sites, with lots of caves and swim-throughs. The whole day was very well organized. He lent us great equipment, and was also very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable compared to other diving companies in the area. We also got home made muffins, which were yummy! Finally, Brian was very kind and accommodating and planned around our schedule.

Brian made the experience for my teen fun and educational, small class sizes mean that he can tailor the skills development and teaching style to the class. He could improve his jokes but aside from that there was no complaints. It is obvious he has a passion for diving and he imparts that onto his students.

Amazing diving school! Brian really knows how to teach and to make everybody feel confident under water. I felt safe at any time and also confident with the equipment. Brian showed us a lot under water. Due to the small groups of students, he has sufficient time for everybody and in case of problems he always found a solution.
