great gym, staff and regular gymgoers are all respectful and keep the place clean, massive variety of equipment so you can target any muscle you need. and is available for use at any time of the day with an easy key card you receive with your membership. I will continue to go here and definitely recommend.

Great gym really friendly staff but when I went to cancel they want to charge 3 payments to end the contract I was told this was in the contract, but it would of been nice if they tell you this verbally when signing. This is why I give 2 stars other then that 4 star gym.

Really friendly, welcoming staff. A comfortable gym, can get in and do your sessions without feeling like someone's watching or judging.

The male toilets were constantly dirty or out of order, the male bathroom always smells like stale urine. The gym has equipment out of order for 6+ months, or broken with no plan of replacement. When maintenance or cleanliness is brought up with the management it is met with anger and criticism and in my case punishment. My membership was terminated immediately for raising a hygiene and maintenance complaint with head office. Extremely unprofessional and horrible, horrible customer service by Jess the club manager!
