Couldn't rate Smooth Jiu Jitsu highly enough. We've been coming here for about a year, kids love the junior classes and competitions. It has been an invaluable source of confidence for them both physically and mentally. Steve and Nikolai are brilliant coaches who find the right balance of technique and fun. Training here has built a sense of resilience in them unlike any other sports we've tried at this age.
As a result of watching the kids classes I took up the adult's fundamental classes which have been challenging and a lot of fun. There's a real community feel about Smooth Jiu Jitsu. 100% come and try it for yourself/your kids!

This place is simply awesome! Steve is best and super good with the kids. My boy has been going for about six months. He started with one session a week and now is on 3-4 sessions. He is very particular about sports and participation in activities and the fact that he loves going there is testament to all the coaching staff and the community of little fighters and their parents. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Steve and his team enough. The enthusiasm and control they bring to each session is amazing. My two boys have loved every minute of their Jiu Jitsu journey so far. Steve has taught them so much self control, dignity and grace whilst teaching them how to stand up for themselves and others respectfully. I highly recommend Gracie Jiu Jitsu Moss Vale for all martial arts enthusiasts and beginners.

Steve is an incredible instructor. In his adults class he really breaks down the details of every movement, showing you how to be safe and efficient. The gym on the whole is wonderfully encouraging and welcoming for both beginners and newcomers. Highly recommended for all ages.

Steve is an amazing instructor with many years of experience and knowledge in both BJJ and Muay Thai.
His detailed breakdowns of each move is highly beneficial to the learning experience and very beginner friendly. There are also advanced classes for students who wish to further hone their skills.
The gym overall is very welcoming and suitable for students of all ages. I always look forward to coming here every week for a great learning experience in self defence and for a workout!

My son absolutely loves coming to Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Not only does he learn martial arts techniques but Steve is amazing at speaking to the kids about discipline, courtesy and kindness. The Gracie program encourages the kids to practice at home the lessons they are taught and they have awards and incentives to keep them on track. 100% recommend for all kids.
