How to go above and beyond. How to create memorable experiences. How to put the patient first.

How to set up the practice through to ways to communicate effectively.
Lots of great takeaways.

Charmaine is passionate about customer service standards, reading others and adapting to make interaction easy. We had a lot of fun whilst learning and the group workshopping times were really great to bounce around ideas and come up with a plan.

Charmaine flew down to Melbourne to teach Training Day Gyms about communication, positive attitude, believing and projecting etc. She brought a lot of positive energy to the workshop and created a fun environment for us to learn. Would love to have her again at our conference next year. Hands down the best person to have professional staff development day, would not shop anywhere else.

Charmaine has done two events for us, one was a Sales Kick-off Conference where she shared great tips for an hour on how we, as consultants, can position ourselves as Trusted Advisors. This one was the two-day Sales Accelerator course. Our team of 16 will be coming to this course over two sessions.

Our team were a mix of different experiences, some newer and most very seasoned. Charmaine’s program was eye-opening on how we can communicate more effectively. It laid out a common methodology and language we can use as a business where we put the client at the centre of what we do and we observe and adapt our style - or adjust our ‘dance’ according to their needs.

Charmaine covered modern techniques in communication and what resonated with us was the approach – ‘partnering and collaborating’ ‘being helpful’ ‘adding value’ ‘problem FINDING as well as problem-solving’. How to be a subject matter expert.

We had pages of take-outs and lots of mini-discussions during the program on how we can improve our approaches.

We have varying levels of sales abilities in our team and I wanted to give them support so they were confident in their client interactions.
We believe in helping our clients so it was key to choose Charmaine as her philosophy is based around ‘being a Trusted Advisor’, ‘Helping/being of service/adding value’ making it easy for the client to buy of you.
We have just had a brilliant program, all based around Business Development. So much on mindset, beliefs, looking after key accounts, outbound (prospecting) strategy, partnering and collaborating and having integrity. We also have one person on the Academy learning remotely with coaching via zoom and others developing through advanced skills around Business Strategy, Personality Styles and Negotiation.
Charmaine has the full suite of skills. She also runs a few businesses so gets the demands of a leader – plus was able to tie together marketing concepts we are running with the sales aspect. Since the program she has coached us and put us on the Academy, these check in’s and ‘accountability’ calls have been valuable.
