This has to be one of the absolute best experiences I've ever done. The instructors are fantastic. The staff helping you get ready and do the safety briefing are great. They make you feel very safe and comfortable even though you're about to jump out of a perfectly good plane!

Went skydiving for the first time in Wollongong!! And OMG!!! It was so much fun!!
If you’re thinking about it, trust me it’s totally worth it!!!
All the staff are so friendly and reassuring!!
Elliott was my instructor and he is actually the sweetest!! He made my first skydiving experience even better!!

Was a great day. Beautiful weather. Perfect conditions. My daredevil instructor was Dallas. The guy is a legend. Down to earth and a genuine top bloke. I want to do it again once my adrenaline eases.

Big thank you to my instructor Alex who was reassuring and made me feel calm without him probably even knowing he was doing so. It has taken me a week to reflect on last weekends Sky dive. I did not think I would say this but I want to do it again even after saying once was enough. It really is an amazing feeling jumping out of a plane and has completely shifted my "Comfort Zone"
The entire team are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect over the beach. I highly recommend Sky Dive Wollongong.

A great bunch of humans at Skydive Sydney Wollongong make this incredible experience even better. Great communication getting us in a few hours early to miss incoming bad weather, first class instruction, equipment, transit and a legend of a tandem master (Charly) keeping my nerves at bay! Highly recommended, I will certainly be back.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Organization

I paid around $600 for a skydiving experience with this company, expecting a professional and well-organized service. My booking time was 7:00 a.m., and a bus was supposed to pick me up to take me to the jump site. However, when I arrived, I was informed that there would be a 40-minute to 1-hour delay.

What I didn’t expect was that those 40 minutes turned into over 6 hours of waiting. During all that time, they kept telling me there were more delays, without any clear explanation or solution. The worst part was that other people who arrived after me were called to jump before me, which shows a complete lack of organization and respect for booking order.

For the price they charge, one would expect professionalism, good customer service, and a smooth experience, but what I got was poor management, misinformation, and an endless wait. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-handled experience.

If they truly care about their customers, they should improve their logistics, communication with clients, and scheduling management. The excitement of skydiving turns into frustration when the service is this incompetent.
