Extremely Disappointing Experience!

I had an awful experience with Skillnet security training organisation. I signed up for their course, eager to get certified, but from the start, everything was a mess. First, they didn't enroll me in the First Aid Course course even after I paid. And then the Security Course dates were changed without any prior notice. I didn't receive any email about a rescheduled session *after* I had already planned my schedule around the original date. Not only was I inconvenienced, but the new date was also moved again, and they didn't even bother to notify me ahead of time — I found out only when I called them to check the details.

When I got through customer service, they gave vague responses with no real apology or acknowledgment of the disruption they caused. The whole process felt completely disorganised and unprofessional.

If you're looking for reliable training, look elsewhere. I wouldn't trust them to run a course on something as important as security when they can't even manage basic scheduling. Absolute waste of time and money.

I recently completed a security course,and it was an excellent experience from start to finish .The course content was well-structured,engaging,and highly,informative,covering everything i needed to know to feel cofident in the field,The instructors were knowledgoable and approachable,making sure all concepts were clearly explained,allowing me to apply what i learned in real-world scenarios .Over all,this coutse exceeded my expectations and provided me with the skills and knowledge needed to succeex.Highly recommended for any one looking to pursue a career in security

Overall an excellent place to complete your Certificate II in Security Operations. The course is fast-paced, however Jasder (the teacher) is extremely patient, helpful, and does his best to help people learn. That being said, the full-time course will demand the majority of your time for approximately two weeks, as there are a number of assessment tasks to complete. So if you have many work/life obligations to manage then consider taking the course part-time (from memory, this is across 5 weekends). The full-time course was a great option for me, though for either fulI-time or part-time study I highly recommend Skillnet!

Really good place if you actually want to work hard and get your license legit but if are there to muck around this is not the place for you the trainer is a really good guy and will always help you as much as he can.
