We love coming to Shoalhaven Occupational Therapy. Claire and the team are so warm and inviting for both kids and parents. The programs are excellently run with very enthusiastic and qualified team members. Not only do we always receive a great service but the kids love coming here!

My son has a lot of learning difficulties and he tried the sense rugby, he loved it so much, what a great way to get kids out. The team at shoalhaven occupational therapy have been very supportive, we would highly recommend them and the team! We have tried other OT services in the area, and this team is very professional.

Do not use Shoalhaven OT! I urge all NDIS participants to ask questions before signing a service agreement with this business. The lack of transparency with their pricing structure and their vague service agreement allows them to charge inflated prices for appointments. They also provide zero correspondence for the families of NDIS participants. Please compare with other OT’s in the area. Ask about how much time they put on top of each therapy sessions for prep and you’ll soon realise Shoalhaven OT’s business practices are questionable at best. If you are being overcharged by this business please report them to the NDIS pricing taskforce!
