I have just recently began to take my family (wife & 3 kids) to train with Shihan Frank. We are all enjoying getting fitter, and my wife and I wanted to know that the kids can defend themselves if necessary. Apart from that ability, the kids are learning respect, discipline, and making new friends. We train at Doonside, and from the first moment Shihan Frank and the students have made us feel very welcome. We look forward to our Monday and Wednesday night training.
