Great support team, overall userfriendly platform.
That said I have been unhappy and disappointed with some of the features, and lack of, which create additional time and work for administrative processes. Not efficient when running a business where one is already time poor. The software and developments is also very heavily focused on NDIS-only, and forgets about other players under the SCHADS and community/home-based healthcare services. I don't see ShiftCare being the long-term solution for my business needs.

It is good to organise the shifts but, I found not too practical to use it.
I casually, downloaded a wrong document on my app and I wasn't allowed to delete it to change to the right one and there is not any information or how to contact a support assistance helping me and teach me to delete it.
I definitely would not recommend it to anybody.
I used better app than this.

no calendar integration.

It's disappointing that calendar integration is still not available, especially since I contacted ShiftCare about this six months ago. It's a standard feature in other scheduling platforms and shouldn't be difficult to implement.
I ended up having to hire a developer to create a workaround, which they built in just two weeks. I even offered to demo this solution to one of your representatives, but they didn't even bother to respond.
This lack of communication and disregard for a basic user need reflects poorly on ShiftCare. Until this essential feature is added, I can't recommend this service to anyone.

This has been a saving grace while becoming an ISW. The schedule is very easy to use and the invoicing is awesome.
Live support has been unbelievably handy and quickly sort any issues you may have after the o boarding meeting you get scheduled.
