I spent my son 3years and 4months in this child care. I was satisfied with the Montessori program and the teachers. My son learned a lot and enjoyed playing with his friends. On the last day, when the teachers hugged him, I was so sad, My home moved in this year, but I didn't change child care for a year. Because I wanted him to graduate with his friends. However, one week before the graduation ceremony, I received the Termination Notice. As a result, my child was unable to attend the first graduation ceremony of his life. I was so disappointed at the head office's response to make a decision after listening to only one-sided words without any contact, despite the complaint regulation. I hope that they will listen to objective judgment and parents' opinions to prevent this from happening again.

My child has spent 3.5 years at Montessori Academy, and I think this was the best educational choice made by us so far. The centre has very friendly staff and high teaching standards. They have got the little one fully ready for school. His English has improved significantly and he can read English books as well as he does in his first language. The teachers at Montessori encouraged my child's curiosity and always followed his interests, but also taught him independence and discipline, which helped me a lot.

We would highly recommend to anyone this childcare. The best childcare my kid had ever attended. My daughter LOVES coming here. The staff and the educators here are so passionate and so caring. I especially like their transparency and way of communication. The center manager and the team are on top of things, they keep the parents in loop for all matters - like upcoming activities, educators leaves schedule, special occasion etc. The classroom, toys and the equipment are well organized and tidy. You can tell the staff here are constantly maintaining them and they really treat them with care.

My daughter is at the preschool year and she has progressed so much ever since she has started here. She has became more independent and more confident nowadays. I particularly love their Montessori session, it really fosters the children learning. The educators here are exceptional, the curriculum is well planned. Some of the work they planned for the kids are very creative and thoughtful, unlike some other childcare, the work was quite repetitive and not as engaging.

One other thing we also really like is that the team has spent extra time in organizing excursions, kids performances, events and even offered optional weekly sports. As a parent, I am so thankful that I have enrolled my kid to this childcare. Its been an amazing preschool journey for us. I can write an essay about all the positive experiences we had.

Both of my sons are at the center, and the educators take excellent care of them. They are very attentive, making sure to dress them warmly in cold weather and changing diapers promptly. The children are also happy; my younger son, who is 1 and a half years old, eats and sleeps well at the kindergarten every day, which gives us parents great peace of mind.

Excellent day care in the area. Clayton came to the centre since he was an infant and he’s made his way all the ways through P2. It’s sad that he has to part ways soon as our family is moving. Attentive staff members and my child really enjoyed his time here. Thank you for taking care of him for the last 4 years. Our 2 year old daughter is currently enrolled at the Centre and has just transitioned into the toddler classroom from the infants room.
Our experience with the infants room educators was exceptional and our daughter was supported to settle in well. One of the things we really liked and appreciated was the level of honesty and transparency from the staff even when something had not gone so well. When we provided any feedback to the room leader, she took ownership and promptly resolved the concern. The room leader and the staff also followed up on the feedback in later weeks.
Our daughter's transition into the toddler room was well supported and she seems to have settled in well. We have already started noticing the progression in her development and interaction with ourselves and others.
The Centre Manager without a doubt is running a tight ship and it is quite evident that she is passionate and very much hands on with the children in the classrooms. We are very happy with the decision we made to enrol our daughter into Montessori Shepherds Bay campus. Well done team xx

My son attended Montesorri Shepherds Bay from the day it opened and he absolutely loves it there.

There was bit of staff turnover at the start (which is expected with any new business) but the staff are quite settled now. They have hired excellent educators who are genuinely caring and give really good (timely) feedback.

The Centre Director is a lovely lady who is so helpful and responsive.

The centre is so clean and so organised. I love how they have designated areas for different age groups.

Overall, I am extremely happy that I have chosen this centre for my son. My youngest will also attend soon!

Staff is really friendly and professional. Caring for little ones can be challenging but they do it with love and patience even in difficult situations. Every time we asked something they did it right away. Our son loves this centre and developed so much since he started there. He can speak English now and became really independent.
Teachers are never too busy to take pictures or update parents right away.
