Dane and Bree were incredible tour guides. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. it's worth the tour just to soak up their knowledge of what to do in the area.
The area is stunning and we had a group of dolphins leading us around for half of the tour!
You can count on the guides to make sure you get the best spot in the bay depending on the weather. There was a heavy wind from the north so we toured an area sheltered from that wind and it was perfect. There's so many spots to explore around the bay you'll want to go back and tour a different section.
I'd recommend this tour over hiring kayaks to not just get their knowledge of the area, but also the best directions to paddle so you can paddle back without strain.

Though it was a slightly cloudy weather with occasional downpour, we (Chih + Avril) thoroughly enjoyed our experience and had lots of fun exploring Jervis Bay under the awesome guidance of Dane!

He has been an excellent communicator from the get-go updating on details/to-bring list/weather checks etc.

His years of experience in this business shines through the way he interacts with us, explaining the safety instructions, sharing interesting anecdotes and leading us along a 10-km return kayaking tour. Moreover, he also shares his personal thoughts on the recommended to-do activities around the area, confirming what we've been reading/researching online.

Morning tea has gone above and beyond our expectations offering a range of beverages (coffee, tea, hot choc) with freshly baked goods from local shops and his wife as well as fresh fruits catering to the needs of everyone.

We would highly recommend this to anyone! It is definitely worth the drive up from Melbourne -> Canberra -> Jervis Bay. We would hope to return in the near future to explore more! Thanks Dane!

5/5 isn't even a high enough rating for how amazing this tour was. Dane is the best guide, so knowledgeable, took us to so many good spots and gave us an amazing morning tea with freshly baked goodies from his wife. This is easily the best thing I did on my trip to Jervis Bay and everyone should 100% do this tour next time they're in the area and want to experience paradise in person. My partner and I are already planning our next trip and tour

This was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back and do it again.

We had beautiful crystal clear waters, jumping fish, a couple of eagles, a blue groper and a couple of sea turtles.

Rain was predicted for the day and it was very cloudy before and whilst we were out on the water but this turned out to be a much nicer experience than sitting in the pelting sun. Don’t shy away just because it might rain - you’ll be missing out!

Dane (the guide/instructor) was fantastic. Very friendly, clearly communicated instructions on how to kayak safely and had a lot of knowledge of the area.

Our kayaking experience with Dane in Jervis Bay was absolutely magical and a highlight of our trip! Paddling alongside a pod of dolphins was an unforgettable moment—it felt like something out of a dream. Dane’s knowledge of the bay, its history, and its wildlife made the experience even more special, as he shared fascinating insights throughout the tour. 🐬

He was so attentive, constantly checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable and having fun. The homemade morning tea prepared by his wife was a delightful and yummy surprise 🤤

After the tour, Dane went the extra mile by giving us fantastic recommendations for local spots and activities, which made our time in Jervis Bay even better. This experience is a must-do for anyone visiting the area. Thank you Dane! See you again soon - Olivia & Andrew. 🫶🏽

We were recommended Danes kayaking tour from friends from home who had been twice before and so decided to book in. Booking was easy and Dane couldn’t be easier to communicate with! This was our highlight of our trip in Jervis Bay and I don’t think you truely can appreciate the beauty of this area until out on the still water like we were. The kayaking was fun and it’s a small group so lots of laughs were had along the way. We stopped for morning tea at a stunning beach and had a swim. We were able to follow the dolphins and at one point they were less than 1 metre from our kayak!! Dane is a great guide, knowledgeable and funny. Thanks for a great day.

An unforgettable must-do experience if you are visiting Jervis Bay!

Travelling across Australia, we have seen and done some pretty awesome things. Sea Kayaking with Dane is right up there. If you are visiting Jervis Bay, do it!

Having dolphins swim and jump out of the water right next to us whilst kayaking the ocean was unreal. We saw lots of wildlife in the ocean and above sea level. Dane was a world of knowledge, answering all our questions and hitting us with juicy facts.

We kayaked to a beach in a national park to have some refreshments. Dane had brought locally made cake, cookies baked by his wife, a fruit platter and different hot drink selections like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. We chilled on the beach chatting and never felt rushed to leave the island.

The whole day was so fun and well organised. You don't need to worry about taking photos, Dane takes lots throughout the day. We would do it again if we returned to Jervis Bay.

Thanks so much, Dane, again for being so awesome, we had the best day.

Ash and Joe.
