I was able to get the well needed rest I needed in one of the most beautiful places in the area, as well as scrap my heart out. Could not have asked for a better long weekend away. Julie really makes sure everyone is catered for and well looked after. The program was spectacular, the challenges loads of fun, company amazing, food other than loads too much perfect and way too much fun, making the perfect way to destress. Totally recommend an retreat with Scrap Of Your Life

I haven’t received my order yet so this review is on the order process. I placed my first order with Scrap of your life on 19/March. Julie from Scrap of your life reached out to me same day and advised I had incorrectly selected click and collect which wasn’t feasible as I was in another state. So far I was really impressed with their customer service and at that point may have allocated five stars. I responded apologically and asked her to change my order to delivery and requested advice on shipping costs. Julie reached back out a few days later advising of the options to pay for shipping. I used one of the payment options on 26/3 and used the Identifier requested so they could identify that I had paid. I also reached back out with a quick email advising the payment was done. Unfortunately this got lost somewhere and on 8 April I received another email requesting shipping payment else my order would be cancelled and refunded. I responded with evidence of the payment and hopefully the order will be despatched today. I am hopeful this is not a normal order processing experience and admit the initial error was definitely mine. Once I receive my order I am happy to post again as to the quality and speed of delivery and I may revise my stars. Let’s hope this was just an anomaly.

Julie’s retreats are so well organised and so much for everyone.From the facilities and the food everything is always such high quality standards .I have made the most beautiful life long friends who are all so creative and kind. Julie is always so helpful and accommodating to individual needs and makes the retreats so everyone is welcome.

DO NOT ORDER HERE
UPDATE :
Although she has replied to my review she still has not responded to any emails or provided a refund!!!!

Placed my order express over a month ago and has never arrived, I have attempted to email 3 times and lodged a refund through PayPal over a week ago and still no response.
The item I ordered is no longer useable as the event I wanted it for has now past ?

Julie your customer service is pathetic and you be ashamed from all the reviews with almost the exact experience as mine!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star to Julie Hyde (SCAMMER ) ! I ordered on the 17th November 2023, she took my money, now it's 7th December, no order, no reply for my order or a refund. I have contacted PayPal & left the issue with them. DO NOT BUY HERE ! Please read other online shoppers reviews who have the same issue, disgusting business ethics as she refuses to respond to emails, phone calls & should be banned from continuing to be in business.

I'm sorry to write that i have not received my order which was a length of yellow ric rac. I was keen to support a small business rather than Spotlight. Unfortunately have also not had a response to my emails from the owner Julie about my order. Disappointing!

I will never shop here again, I had to beg for them to send my order (after a month and a bit of no contact) and they only responded AFTER I lodged a refund my payment request as order not received with the payment site! Then, after waiting yet another month for it to come (although I had paid for express shipping) some items were missing and it took forever and a lot of begging to get that refunded. Customer service is really not their strong point. Reading other reviews I'm clearly not the only one. Obviously they don't care about gaining new loyal customers - shame, shame, shame
